Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead for the Ascension St Vincent Anderson facility in Anderson, IN. The role supports housekeeping operations on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Leadership experience is preferred but not required, and the fixed pay rate is $17.50 per hour. The Supervisor will oversee staff, provide training, manage schedules, and ensure cleaning standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and inspects performance to meet unit standards.
• Trains staff and ensures proper procedures are followed.
• Resolves guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains schedules, assigns breaks, and updates assignment sheets.
• Ensures secure handling of keys and equipment.
