The Housekeeper plays an important role in supporting quality patient care by ensuring spaces are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained according to established infection prevention and safety standards.

Qualificações

• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional communication and commitment to a clean, safe healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, nursing units, and hospital spaces.
• Clean furniture, wipe surfaces, make beds, vacuum, and manage waste.
• Restock linens and distribute hospital gowns to departments.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and safety guidelines for chemicals and waste.
• Coordinate with Nursing and Housekeeping Supervisor on infection control needs.
