Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics is seeking a dependable, part-time Housekeeper for the McLaughlin Clinic to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will clean patient rooms, units, and public areas, disinfect surfaces, and support infection prevention standards.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow cleaning procedures, and effective communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain it when offered.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Professional communication skills and commitment to a clean, safe healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, nursing units, and hospital spaces.
• Clean furniture, wipe surfaces, make beds, and manage linens.
• Restock cleaning supplies and monitor equipment condition.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and supervisor on isolation precautions and special cleaning needs.
