Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated Housekeepers for full-time roles to support inpatient and outpatient programs. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and more to meet health standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment and handle chemicals safely.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Min. 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and tools after training.
• Ability to understand the correct use of chemicals and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, offices, and other areas as assigned by supervisor.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, lockers and other work areas to meet health standards.
• Vacuum rugs and upholstery with vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment; keep storage areas tidy.
