Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated Housekeepers for full-time roles to support inpatient and outpatient programs. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and more to meet health standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, offices, and other areas as assigned by supervisor.

• Vacuum rugs and upholstery with vacuum cleaners and shampooers.

We are looking for a Full Time Housekeeping employees available Monday - Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm and rotating weekends. Some of the expected duties are as follows:

• You will assume responsibility for the cleaning of all assigned areas such as patient rooms, offices, school as assigned by supervisor
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
