Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to clean clinical and non-clinical areas in accordance with hospital policy. You will follow safety, sanitation, and waste handling procedures, maintaining uniform standards and reporting hazards as needed.

The role emphasizes reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a desire to support patient care in a busy hospital setting. This is a full-time, on-site position at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with department policies.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:
