Job summary

FC Parking & Hospitality Services in Providence, RI is seeking a friendly Hospital Valet to assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval, provide directions, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during day shifts. Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide warm welcome.
• Provide directions and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Maintain safety and service standards on the property.
