FC Parking & Hospitality Services in Providence, RI is seeking a friendly Hospital Valet to assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval, provide directions, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during day shifts. Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience!

• MONDAY through FRIDAY: 6:00am-2:30pm
• $17.00 per hour, including tips

Qualifications

Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS:EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.No major moving violations within the last 3 years.No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.Tolerance for inclement weather.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
