Job summary

FC Parking in Springfield, IL is seeking a full-time Hospital Valet on the day shift to warmly welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide directions. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of continuous driver's license experience; license must be continuous.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years; no alcohol or drug-related violations within 3 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Provide directions and anticipate guest needs to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain professionalism and safety while handling guest vehicles and mobility aids.
