Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keep and maintain all exterior entrances clean daily, including trash and seasonal debris.
• Keep hospital grounds, building exteriors and roof areas clean and free of trash and debris.
• Remove snow and ice from entrances, parking lots and sidewalks; apply sand/ice melt as directed.
• Aerate, spray, fertilize, mow and trim turf and gardens; maintain ornamentals and beds.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and tools; perform routine maintenance on mowers and equipment.
