Job summary

Clarke County Hospital in Osceola, IA is seeking an Environmental Services professional to provide training, guidance, and subject matter expertise to staff.

You will help coordinate daily workflow, support infection control and safety programs, and ensure proper documentation of attendance and department records.

Responsibilities

• Provides training, guidance, and subject matter expertise to Environmental Services staff.
• Supports coordination of daily workflow and provides feedback to leadership regarding operational trends and team effectiveness.
• Supports accurate documentation processes related to attendance and departmental records as directed.
• May assist by offering feedback and suggestions on departmental documentation which includes Policy and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Training and Safety Records.
• Provides input to leadership regarding scheduling needs based on workflow and operational demands.
• Carries out hospital waste program which includes general waste and hazardous waste.
• Assists in maintaining all required records, reports, statistics etc.
