Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of commercial grounds experience or equivalent schooling.
• Three years of commercial landscape/irrigation maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of safety rules and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess worksite needs and prioritize daily tasks; perform lawn, shrub, and drainage maintenance as described.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment; handle materials and supplies safely across multiple facilities.
• Ensure grounds are free of hazards, neat in appearance, and comply with safety standards.
