Qualifications

• Valid CA driver's license required.
• Current and ongoing MVR that is insurable under Community Memorial Healthcare's insurance coverages.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior and grounds of the hospital to ensure a safe, attractive environment.
• Perform minor landscaping, parking maintenance, painting and power washing.
• Assist with regular EVS duties when required and support a flexible, reliable team.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and operate may use power tools as needed.
