Job summary

Community Memorial Healthcare Inc is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Maintenance Technician to keep the hospital exterior and grounds safe, clean and welcoming. The role includes landscaping, parking upkeep, painting and power washing, with flexibility to assist EVS tasks as needed.

The position requires a valid California driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with preference for prior facilities maintenance or healthcare environment experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CA driver's license is required and MVR must be insurable under CMH coverage.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hospital exterior and grounds to ensure a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment.
• Perform minor landscaping, parking maintenance, painting and power washing; routine facility upkeep.
• Assist with regular EVS duties as needed. May involve use of power tools and requires a valid driver’s license.
