Job summary

Cloverkey is partnering with HCA Houston Healthcare to recruit two Gift Shop Store Managers to lead hospital gift shops. You will drive sales, coach and develop the team, create a welcoming shopping experience, and build strong relationships with hospital partners.

• Previous retail store management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the gift shop.
• Drive sales performance while communicating goals and results with your team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members.
• Create employee schedules that provide excellent customer service while managing labor costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Execute visual merchandising, product displays, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hospital requirements, and infection prevention standards.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits, and financial accountability.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with hospital leadership, departments, and volunteers.
