Job summary

Henry Ford Health Jackson Hospital is seeking a Gift Shop Associate to ensure smooth operation in the Manager's absence and support the team. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors and keep the shop stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include moving merchandise from storage to the sales area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the shop is well stocked. Schedule includes Wednesdays 2:00-7:30pm, Thursdays 2:30-7:30pm, Fridays 2:30-7:30pm, and

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds and push loaded carts.
• Must be able to withstand repetitive movements and stay stationary as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the Gift Shop in the Manager’s absence.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Move merchandise from storage to the sales area, including lifting boxes up to 40 pounds and pushing loaded carts.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized and stocked with necessary items.
