Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors following security procedures and policies.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence; verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct visitors.
• Monitor entry activity, access control, alarms, and communications equipment; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and requests for assistance; notify appropriate personnel and responders.
• Maintain logs, visitor records, and shift communications per site requirements.
