Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Food Service Worker at CRMCHospital in Corona, CA to support patient meals, maintain trayline standards, and ensure timely delivery of late trays. Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services, you will follow portioning guidelines, sanitize surfaces, stock items, and assist with back-up food items while upholding service standards.

• Minimum 1 year previous experience or knowledge of special diet requirements preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Food Workers’ certificate required within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Practices proper portioning guidelines.
• Maintains trayline integrity and timely late tray delivery.
• Answers phone promptly and processes requests for late trays.
• Prepares and delivers late trays within 30 minutes.
• Covers and labels perishable items.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and dishwashing stations.
• Completes daily cleaning and other assigned tasks.
