Job summary

The position involves PPE, sanitation, and adherence to diet orders across locations. Responsibilities include stocking nutrition supplies, coordinating with dietary staff, and providing patient meals in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Food service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year in hospital food services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate diet order information to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
• Delivers trays to patients and retrieves trays from patients.
• Stocks pantries with nourishments and dietary supplies using FIFO.
• Ensures sanitation and temperature logs comply with regulatory requirements.
• Operates kitchen utensils to prepare and assemble meals.
• Assists in setup, stocking and serving of food.
