Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains and communicates accurate diet order information to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
• Delivers trays to patients and assists with menu selections and diet modifications.
• Stocks pantries and ensures sanitation, temperature logs, and proper tray assembly.
• Operates kitchen utensils and assists in food preparation and storage.
• Collaborates with Registered Dietitians for nutrition consults and quality assurance.
