Job summary

Mercy in the United States is seeking a service associate to support patient and guest satisfaction in our hospital dining environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in a service-related role are preferred, with a focus on courteous interactions and dependable attendance.

You will interact with patients, guests and staff, handle a variety of foods safely, and must read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include courteous communication with patients, guests and staff.
Ability to work in direct contact with a variety of foods and maintain attendance.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
