Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; substitution allowed if no diploma.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already on file.

Aufgaben

• Reads and follows recipes and product directions.
• Estimates food requirements and assists in preparation of hot/cold foods.
• Operates kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, and store foods.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment per policies.
• Serves and replenishes food from counters, steam tables, and tray line.
• Attends allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.
• Keeps records and requisitions supplies/equipment as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
