Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Mayo Clinic in La Crosse, WI. You will direct associates during a shift, ensure policies are followed, and help with training and scheduling. The schedule is 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, with weekends and holidays rotating.

Previous supervisory and patient-facing experience is preferred. You will evaluate performance, prepare reports, act as the point of contact for staff concerns, and mentor

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy and procedure are followed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for staff with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
