Qualificações

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in food preparation, service techniques, cashiering and sanitation standards in a hospital or large food service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a resource to employees and students, providing training and day-to-day direction.
• Monitors staffing levels and adjusts schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Provides work direction to food service staff and maintains quality food production for internal and external customers.
• Assists in resolving customer complaints, workflow issues, and equipment failures during shifts.
• Performs training in food preparation, serving activities, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Forecasts food requirements for patients, cafeterias, and special events; maintains meal census records.
• Manages purchasing, tray-line, cafeteria, and special function requests as needed.
• Inspects equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation and safety standards.
