• Monitors department operations, adjusts schedules, and ensures timely completion of work.
• Provides guidance to food service staff to ensure efficient service and quality food production.
• Resolves issues, handles customer complaints, and maintains workstation during shifts.
• Forecasts food quantities for patients and functions, and tracks usage.
• Manages purchasing, tray-line, and special function requests.
• Inspects equipment and sanitation, ensuring safe food handling.
• Participates in training on food prep, serving activities, and infection control.
