AM and PM shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, ensuring meals are prepared to standard recipes, maintained for quality and safety, and served on time in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

Adheres to hospital and departmental policies promoting customer service and teamwork.
Maintain sanitation standards with 97%+ Health Department rating and NSF double gold.
Monitor food quality, ensure recipe compliance and timely production.
Follow safety, sanitation and HACCP procedures; complete required training.
