Job summary

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Cook for 2nd shift (11:00am-7:30pm), full-time, at Baystate Medical Center. Responsibilities

• Safe, sanitary food handling with strict adherence to recipes
• Ensure production supplies and place orders for menus
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain HACCP, JCAHO, and DPH-compliant logs (temperature, QC, QA)
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces
• Work well under pressure and support teammates as needed
• Contribute to production, prep, or line cooking as required
• Prepare hot and/or cold items within target time frames
• Communicate in English fluently
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
