Job summary

UPMC Horizon – Shenango Valley is seeking a part-time Food Service Attendant to join the team. No experience required; uniforms shirts provided. You will work in a cafeteria setting, serving patient meal requests and interacting with patients and the public.

Candidates must be able to work between 5:00am and 7:30pm with open availability including holidays and weekends. This role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and adherence to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hours include early morning to evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve patient meals per diet orders and requests.
• Stock and secure food service equipment and supplies.
• Deliver meals to residents' rooms when requested.
• Sanitize tables, chairs and dining area after meals.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene per health guidelines.
