Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred (less than 1 year).
• Ability to stand for long periods and stay on feet all day.
• Willingness to work as part of a nutrition team.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare and serve food following menu and sanitation rules.
• Prepare cafeteria service and deliver food to customers.
• Restock cafeteria supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment.
• Manage inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling.
• Assist with cashier and dishwasher duties as needed.
