Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) in Pennsylvania is seeking a Foodservice Worker to perform routine tasks in the hospital's foodservice area, including food preparation, packaging and deliveries in a clinical setting.

You will follow proper sanitation standards, read patient meal tickets and verify identifiers, while helping to maintain clean, organized service areas. Weekend and holiday rotations are required, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in food prep, serving, cleaning or customer service preferred.
• Experience in clinical or hospital foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation, packaging and deliveries in the foodservice area.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas as required by management and regulations.
