• Reads patient meal tickets and confirms identifiers, recipes, ingredients, labels and dating.
• Receives and stores food supplies and utensils.
• May handle cash depending on needs.
• Places food trays over warmers or stores them in refrigerated storage.
• Weighs or measures ingredients.
