• Ensures timely, safe food service to customers: preparation, plating and serving of food
• Remains responsible for following daily menu, recipes, service standards, and procedures
• Follows proper portion controls and leftover food techniques
• Greets customers and processes transactions at the cash register
• Secures cash drawer and maintains cleanliness of service areas
• Maintains and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
• Performs HACCP-related tasks and monitors as assigned
• Documents food service activities and ensures compliance with health standards
