• Washes dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and rack dishes.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and the facilities.
• Maintains the physical area efficiently and effectively.
• Maintains knowledge of menu, service standards and procedures.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to meet expectations.
