Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a hospital food service associate to ensure staff training, maintain documentation, and uphold food safety standards in our on-site facilities. You will help schedule staff, monitor trays, check quality, and support timely service across patient care areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce overtime.
• Maintains patient tray accuracy and monitors floor stock deliveries.
• Ensures proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
