Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Hospital Floor Techs at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, OH. This position cleans and maintains healthcare facilities, supports patient safety, and adheres to facility standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, previous janitorial or floor technician experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Base pay is $16.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift; rotating weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Floor Technician or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques preferred.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and keeps facilities on client premises in orderly condition.
• Monitors assigned areas for spills, debris, and cleanliness.
• Dust mops floors and uses cleaning chemicals or machines as directed.
• Operate floor machines for project work when assigned.
