Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain hard-surface floor care (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large-area cleaning.
• Treat carpets/upholstery (shampoo, damp clean, extractions, spot clean, vacuum).
• Perform maintenance/restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
