Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician at Lehigh Valley Health Network in East Stroudsburg, PA. The role performs floor maintenance and operates industrial floor care equipment, with a schedule of 5:00 pm–1:30 am, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.

We value safety, dependability, and experience with hard-surface floor care. Prior floor care experience is preferred, and the pay ranges from $15 to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery maintenance including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
