Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at AdventHealth Orlando in Orlando, FL. The position requires two years of floor care experience and offers $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will maintain hard-surface floors, operate industrial floor care equipment, and perform carpet and upholstery cleaning. The role includes lifting up to 50 lb and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of floor care or related experience.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large-area cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing.
• Complete restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
