Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Floor Technician in Travelers Rest, SC. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment with training and benefits provided.

Full-time schedule is 6:00 am–2:30 pm, weekends rotated; prior floor care experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, with shift premium and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment as directed.
• Use automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Perform carpet/upholstery cleaning and related tasks.
• Carry out maintenance/restoration for all floor types.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
