Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at AdventHealth Orlando, 2501 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32803. Online applications accepted only.

The role requires two years of floor care experience and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include floor maintenance, operation of industrial floor care equipment, carpet care, and restorative work.

Qualifications

• Two years of floor care or related experience is required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Cares for carpet and upholstery (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
