Job summary

SteelcoBelimed seeks a Field Service Technician to travel to hospital sites for installation, service, and maintenance of SteelcoBelimed products, delivering excellent customer support.

Candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills, with experience in automotive, HVAC or related trades. Training is provided, with remote/home-based role covering Tulsa area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical single and 3-phase wiring and controls.
• Experience troubleshooting water and pneumatic process controls.
• Ability to travel extensively with little notice.
• Ability to read and red-line P&ID and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions using test instruments.
• Measures and adjusts instrumentation using calibration equipment.
• Installs, modifies and repairs SteelcoBelimed and/or 3rd party equipment.
• Manages customer base, prioritizing needs and PM workload.
• Promotes and maintains good customer relations through professionalism.
