Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Representative in Albany, NY to inspect and service healthcare waste products at the assigned hospital or medical center. You will maintain inventory and provide first-line customer service while partnering with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour workweek and a 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally handle heavy equipment is required.

Formación

• Willingness to be COVID vaccinated.
• Experience in a labor-intensive job.
• Hands-on field service role in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and service Daniels’ products at the assigned hospital or medical center.
• Maintain inventory levels of container stock at location/department level.
• Deliver first-line customer service to hospital staff and Daniels staff.
• Work daily with drivers, operations, sales teams and support staff.
• Enter procedural areas and work around patients and equipment.
• Communicate and escalate customer issues to the manager for timely response.
• Keep staging areas neat and orderly after entering and before leaving the facility.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
