Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Traveling Field Service Representative to inspect and service products at assigned hospitals or medical centers. You will maintain inventory and deliver frontline customer service, collaborating daily with drivers, operations, sales, and corporate support to service your locations.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs; schedule is Monday–Friday with 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM shifts, offering stability and growth

Qualifications

• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check
• Previous warehouse experience in labor-intensive setting (repetitive lifting 50–75 lb)
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Seeking EVS, Housekeeping, Sterilization Technician experience

Responsibilities

• Traveling to UPMC CHAUTAUQUA/HAMOT/COLE
• Work with clinical staff to ensure healthcare waste segregation, container exchanges, and container fill accuracy
• Inspect and service Daniels’ products within assigned hospital/medical center; enter procedural areas around patients/equipment
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of container stock at location/department level
• Communicate clearly and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and Daniels staff
• Escalate customer issues to manager and use company-provided phone for daily duties
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and hospital staff independently
• Keep staging area neat and orderly after entering/leaving the facility
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs; push/pull wheeled transporters and palletized product up to 300 lbs
