Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general construction, maintenance, and repair of hospital facilities under engineering leadership. This role assesses, troubleshoots, and repairs facility components to ensure a safe, compliant environment.

The position involves designing, installing, and maintaining general facility equipment, and maintaining documentation and CMMS records, with a Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm schedule.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• Journeyman license or related certification required within 1 year of hire.
• 5 years of construction/maintenance experience preferred.
• 3 years of hospital maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintenance and repair of hospital facilities and systems.
• Design, construct, install, and remove facility equipment as needed.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and inventory for equipment and systems.
• Operate the hospital CMMS, complete work orders, and record history.
