Job summary

Wesley Woodlawn Hospital & ER in Wichita, KS seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to support the hospital by maintaining the physical plant and ensuring safe, aesthetically pleasing environments for patients and staff.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance across a variety of crafts, respond to emergencies, and help improve facilities operations while providing reliable service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, occupational hazards, MSDS, and infection control procedures.
• Experience in plant operation and maintenance.
• Must have a Kansas driver's license and be insurable to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Performs general inspection and repair procedures to maintain the physical and structural plant in safe operating condition.
• Works across a variety of crafts and trades with ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Responds to emergencies with on-call flexibility and long hours when needed.
