Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hospital facilities under the supervision of the Director of Facilities. You will perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and light construction, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Required education includes a high school diploma or GED or 2 years of direct maintenance experience, with preference for healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2 years direct maintenance experience required.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Conducts safety checks, inspections and walk-throughs.
• Maintains grounds and responds to work orders and projects.
• Documents work performed and notifies Director of Facilities of issues.
• Follows preventative maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Maintains records for regulatory compliance.
