Job summary

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience; healthcare setting experience is a plus. You may drive as needed and benefits are eligible. Hours vary, pay range $18-$23 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and painting.
  • Performs safety checks, inspections and walk-throughs.
  • Performs groundskeeping duties.
  • Responds to and completes work orders and documents work performed.
  • Identifies potential issues and communicates to Director of Facilities.
  • Follows preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Maintains records for regulatory compliance and safety.
