Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut seeks a Supervising Facilities for MidState Medical Center to oversee the Facilities team in daily operations. You will use strong organizational skills, knowledge of hospital codes and systems, and clear communication to manage tasks and projects.

The role requires at least 8 years in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or power plant operations with supervisory experience and CT licensure. Strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Facilities team in day-to-day operations of the department.
• Apply knowledge of codes, regulations, and hospital equipment and systems.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (email); multitask high-priority tasks.
• Work independently to ensure timely completion of facilities projects and maintenance.
• Supervise staff, coordinate with other departments and manage work order databases.
