Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Project Assistant in Fergus Falls, MN to support routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of hospital facilities, equipment, and building systems.

Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, documenting work orders, and assisting with safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work overtime as needed to support patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, facility operations, general repairs, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic building systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure safe operations.
• Repair and maintain ceilings, walls, doors, locks, hardware, and other components.
• Document completed work orders and maintenance activities in a timely manner.
• Assist with building system repairs and moves, and support safety and compliance efforts.
