West Tennessee Healthcare in Jackson, TN is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to organize and manage hospital and system projects under the Executive Director of Facilities. You will provide leadership, assign contractor work, set schedules, and oversee budgets from concept to validation.

The role requires overseeing hospital and system projects 24/7, with overtime and on-call responsibilities as needed, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management, building maintenance, plant operations, and construction within healthcare settings preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with substantial field experience (15 years) required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and recommend development of physical facilities.
• Advise on structural changes and modifications to building.
• Establish priorities, coordinate duties, and visit ongoing work.
• Report irregularities and supervise corrections of plant and equipment discrepancies.
• Develop budget estimates for plant upgrades and related needs.
• Assist vendors and cross-functional teams with installation requirements.
